Control Cube Family

Whether you are doing simple single axis testing, or have more complex requirements - there is a Cube to suit. All Cubes include our powerful Cubus Software.
Channel Control Cube
This servo-controller provides true modular, expandable flexibility without compromising on powerful features, ensuring that your system is prepared for any testing, now and in the future.
Features include:
Expandable to three control channels; Universal digital signal conditioners, software selectable for AC or DC tranducers; 2 Digital signal conditioners (e.g. for Displacement and Load feedback), expandable to 8 channels; 2 Analogue Inputs (for ±10V inputs or external analogue command); 2 Analogue Outputs (allows any internal signals to be output to an external acquisition system), 2 Digital Inputs and 2x Digital Outputs; Expansion options for additional Digital Encoder, Analogue I/O or Digital I/O modules; Supports 2 stage current or voltage driven servo-valves. Expansion available for 3-stage servo-valves and control of HPU (pump motor and pressure) or hydraulic sub-station (Pilot, Low and High).
Also available with 2 additional controllable Digital signal conditioning channels (e.g. Extensometer, strain gauge, accelerometer)

2 Channel Control Cube
Two-actuator Control Cube expandable to three control channels.
Universal digital signal conditioners, software selectable for AC or DC tranducers; 4 x Digital signal conditioners (e.g. Displacement, Load, Rotation, and Torque), expandable to 8 channels; 2x Analogue Inputs (for ±10V inputs or external analogue command);  2x Analogue Outputs (allows any internal signals to be output to an external acquisition system); 2x Digital Inputs and 2x Digital Outputs;
Expansion options for additional Digital Encoder, Analogue I/O or Digital I/O modules, Supports 2 stage current or voltage driven servo-valves. Expansion available for 3-stage servo-valves; Control of HPU (pump motor and pressure) or hydraulic sub-station (Pilot, Low and High)

3 Channel Control Cube
Three-actuator Control Cube.
Universal digital signal conditioners, software selectable for AC or DC tranducers; 6 x Digital signal conditioners (e.g. Displacement, Load, Strain etc.); 2x Analogue Inputs (for ±10V inputs or external analogue command); 2x Analogue Outputs (allows any internal signals to be output to an external acquisition system); 2x Digital Inputs and 2x Digital Outputs; Expansion options for additional Digital Encoder, Analogue I/O or Digital I/O modules; Supports 2 stage current or voltage driven servo-valves. Expansion available for 3-stage servo-valves;  Control of HPU (pump motor and pressure) or hydraulic sub-station (Pilot, Low and High)

Cube Applications

Which is the best Cube for you?

For testing using a single actuator, the Single channel Cube is ideal - whether you are testing automotive components, wood structures, weld joints, chain drives to biomedical applications and civil engineering.

The 2 channel Cube for two actuators is perfect for tension torsion testing, civil structures with 64 strains, rope testing, engine components and more.

For even more flexibility, connecting multiple Cubes using CNet has the capacity to control multiple actuators for road simulation, wheel fatigue, road surface simulation, seatbelt anchorage and many more.

And of course, each Cube has expansion options which provide even more flexibility for you to configure your Cube to your specific requirements.
